Architectural Stone
Architectural stone is a material based on Portland cement. In appearance and structure, this decorative stone resembles limestone or natural sandstone. It is used to decorate decorative load-bearing elements of facades, embellish interiors and exteriors, improve territories, and in landscape design.
The main advantage of architectural stone is that it does not require painting or treatment with protective mixtures. The material withstands environmental effects excellently: weathering, temperature fluctuations, and humidity. High-quality components allow for a durable product whose service life matches the service life of the building itself.
The production of artificial stone requires strict adherence to technologies and standards. The company “Antakarana” manufactures certified products that comply with DSTU B V.2.7-7:2008 (clauses 4.6, 4.9).
Technical parameters of the products:
Water absorption by mass: no more than 6.5%;
Frost resistance: up to F200;
Compressive strength: up to 46.5 MPa.
It is also worth noting that products made from architectural stone are produced in shorter timeframes than similar elements made from natural materials. This allows for an increase in the volume of work without disrupting schedules.
Our technologies make it possible to implement any design solutions — both using standard products and through the creation of unique elements according to individual projects. Decoration can be applied not only to objects at the construction stage but also to buildings that are already in use. The use of architectural stone allows for styling in a unified manner both for the building itself and for the surrounding area, creating a cohesive and organic architectural ensemble.
